Head Coach Jose Ayala Assistant Coaches Tommy Sardina, Scott Piggott, and Coby Cantrell
The Rampage 10U squad is led by Head Coach Jose Ayala, a Middleton High grad. Jose’s been with Rampage for over 3 years and thrives on teamwork, development, and making sure the boys are not only improving every day, but also having a blast while doing it. And let’s be honest—if Coach would’ve been put in the 4th quarter, they totally would’ve won state!
Backing him up is a powerhouse coaching crew: Tommy Sardina, our fielding guru with over a decade of coaching and training experience, brings an extra edge to the defense. Scott Piggott, a former high school center fielder with 5 seasons of coaching under his belt, adds speed, vision, and leadership to the mix. And Coby Cantrell rounds out the staff, adding energy, knowledge, and support to help every player shine.
The mission? Build independent, confident ballplayers who know how to work together as a team. With a focus on growth, grit, and fun, this crew is developing a group of young athletes ready to take over the Valley in the years to come.
