Chad Good Head Coach
Hello! My name is Chad Good, head baseball coach of the 12u Rampage team. Heading into my second year at Rampage I am focused on one thing. Building and developing a team that plays great baseball.
My family and I are all about sports living here in Nampa, ID. We love the game, and we take it seriously.
I have been coaching for over 20 years, and have seen it all. I don’t believe in yelling at kids. I believe in hard work, respect, and earning your spot on the field. That’s the foundation of our team. We focus on reps and fine tuning skills, not on belittling players. I was lucky enough to play for some incredible coaches, and that experience taught me how to lead with knowledge and respect.
I've coached plenty of kids who have gone on to play at higher levels, including my own. My goal is to see the boys on my team develop at the right pace on and off the field. My team is always on the lookout for kids who are coachable and ready to compete. Because let's be honest, there's nothing more fun than winning when you've worked hard to earn it!
