Rampage 13U

Coach Joey Hoadley

I am the head coach of the Idaho Rampage 13u team, proudly entering my fourth season with the Rampage program and bringing over a decade of coaching experience to the field. During my time with Idaho Rampage, my teams have compiled an impressive 113-40 record, earning a .738 winning percentage.

Born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho, I am deeply rooted in this community. A 1998 graduate of Caldwell High School, I played shortstop for CHS where I was honored as an All-SIC (Southern Idaho Conference) selection and chosen for the All-Senior Team. After high school, I continued my education and pursuit of baseball at the College of Southern Idaho before returning home to begin a 21-year career with the Caldwell Police Department (2001–2022).

Today, I continue serving my community as the manager of The Salvation Army’s homeless shelter in Nampa, where we provide food, shelter, and vital services to those in need. In 2023, alongside my longtime friend Kyle Laney, I co-founded Full Count Baseball LLC—now the official home of Idaho Rampage Baseball. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, I also provide private baseball instruction to help players sharpen their skills and deepen their love for the game.

Coaching is more than wins and losses to me—it’s about shaping young men into not only better ballplayers but also better people. I take great pride in teaching the game “the right way”—with humility, commitment and respect.
