I am the Head Coach of the 13U Rampage Black team, currently in my second year with the Rampage organization. Last season, I served as an Assistant Coach, and I am passionate about fostering a strong team culture built on trust, effort, and growth because to me, it’s more than just baseball. As Ryan Neeson, coach of the 13U Rampage Black team, I focus on the development of each player both on and off the field.
I was born in California, spent time in Oregon, and later returned to California before my family relocated to Idaho in 2024. I bring over eight years of coaching experience, including seven years as a head coach and one as an assistant coach. Additionally, I’ve coached two All-Star teams and previously served as Vice President and Player Agent for our local Little League.
I take pride in my strong work ethic both on and off the field. As a Level 3 Mechanic at Crown Equipment Solutions, I am committed to delivering quality and precision in every task. I firmly believe that effort and dedication are the foundation of success, and I strive to apply these values in everything I do.
